1. Entry Period: The Chef Walter “Win a trip to Italy Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) begins on November 11, 2008 at 4:30pm (“ET”) and ends on July 14, 2009 at 11:00 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, and assignees of Walter’s Restaurant or Spiga Trattoria (“Sponsor”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Promotion Mechanics Inc. (“Administrator”), or other parties involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sponsor and its Agents”) and members of the immediate families (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. To Enter: There are two ways to enter: On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday… visit one of Chef Walter’s restaurants and be sure to fill out our “Enter to win” cards or simply provide us with your business card with your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

Limit one entry per person per visit at either location 4. Winner selection/notification: On July 14, 2009, there will be a televised drawing with Steve Cascione of ABC6 where we will select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by mail, overnight courier, email and/or phone at the postal address/email address/phone number provided with entry. Actual means of notification will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for any incorrect postal address, email address or phone number associated with an entry, or any change of address, email or phone number of entrant after entry submission. Potential Grand Prize winners may be required to complete a notarized affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within the time period specified in potential winner’s notification letter. Any failure to timely return required documents, noncompliance with the terms of these rules or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfeited in its entirety, and an alternate potential winner to be selected.
5. Prizes: (1) land package only as described at www.chefwalter.com ARV $2,550. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries. Total ARV of all prizes is $2,550. All prizes will be awarded, assuming there are sufficient eligible entries. Winner is responsible for Airfare to and from Fiumicino airport in Italy. |
