CHEF WALTERS COOKING SCHOOL is located at 162 MAYFIELD AVENUE, CRANSTON RI  02903 (Our Residence)

WHEN: Evening classes start at 6 PM (doors open at 5:45 PM). The workshop begins at 10 AM.

Classes last approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Special classes and events' timing may change according to requests.

WHAT TO BRING: We supply all ingredients, tools, and, recipes. Aprons are NOT supplied. You may bring your favorite apron, or you can purchase a Chef Walters Cooking School apron for $20.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Upon arrival, everyone will wash their hands and people with long hair will tie their hair back. The instructor will give a brief introduction about the class and recipes, and then everybody begins preparing the recipes. This portion lasts approximately 90 minutes. At the conclusion of cooking, everyone is seated as a group and the featured menu is served.

COOKING CLASS FLOW: Classes are hands-on: participants will make everything on the menu, working together as a group.

WHAT TO WEAR: Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing are required for your safety and comfort. Please avoid high heels and loose sleeves.

REGISTERING FOR A CLASS: All classes and events can be reserved by calling Carmela at 401.273.2652. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES:  We also offer the option of putting together your own private class, whether for a get-together or a special celebration. You can email preliminary details such as dates and number of participants to carmela@chefwalter.com.   

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds issued, only credit. Most cancellations require 14-day advance notice. For groups of 3 or more, 21-day advance notice is required.

Note: We do not allow drinking in the kitchen while cooking.
